Aquaculture is strongly influenced by the availability of feed especially for intensive aquaculture. Feed is a factor that can determine the costs production. Its up to 60-70 % from the fish production cost. Based on this problem we need an effective and efficient fish feed management. Fish feed ingredient should can meet the good nutritional content (protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals ), non-toxic/ harmfull for the fish, readily available, easily processed and not as a human food.

Nile tilapia with individual weight 7.0 ± 0.01 g with stocking density 20 fish/aquarium. Nine aquaria with dimension 50x50x40 cm3 was used for the container. The design used in this research is completely randomized design. Treatment given that blood meal without processing technique (BM), blood meal   through silage processing techniques (SBM) and processing techniques spray dried (SDBM). The parameters observed were protein, fat, energy and total digestibility.

The result showed that protein digestibility values for BM was 77.48 %, while SBM and SDBM gave the highest protein digestibility values 96.56 % and 94.26 %  respectively. The higest lipid, energy and total digestibility value obtained in SBM 90.48 %, 94.15 % and 92.08 % respectively. Results of analysis of variance showed that the control treatment, silage and spray dried gaves significantly different (P < 0.05). Duncan test results on protein digestibility showed significantly difference to the control treatment with the other treatment. SBM and SDBM was not significantly different for protein digestibility value.
