Mass production Nannochloropsis oculata for aquaculture, requires a qualified biomass input. In tackling the shortage of free carbon dioxide in the culture medium, then the increase in alkalinity engineering technology through the addition of calcium carbonate (chalk) so as to stabilize the alkalinity of the culture medium Nannochloropsis oculata. The engineering goal to improve the optimization of mass culture Nannochloropsis oculata growth by maintaining alkalinity stability culture media.
