Nannochloropsis oculata role in seeding activities in Centers Brackishwater Aquaculture (CBA) Takalar very important in supporting activities such as seeding grouper, milkfish, mud crab and crab. However, the availability of N.oculata still not sufficient due to the limited space /container culture. This activity aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the bioreactor system is simple in maintenance N.oculata. This engineering is done by comparing the maintenance N.oculata conventional system with a simple bioreactor system. Conventional systems using bath culture with a volume of 20 tonnes were carried out in open space using urea, TSP, ZA and plant activator as fertilizer while the bioreactor system simply done in a closed room with walls covered with tarpaulin silver with a volume of 80 L and equipped with lighting using LED lights and TL use fertilizer walne. From the observation can be known if the peak growth occurred on the 6th day in the conventional system and the 7th day in a simple bioreactor system this can be known as N.oculata highest density on the day and decrease at day 8 up to 11. The highest density was obtained in a simple bioreactor system that is 44.2 x 106 cells/mL and a conventional system that is 21.850 x 106 cells/mL. Base on it can be known if bioreactor system aplication is more effective in improving N.oculata density compared to conventional systems.
