Roadside relaxation after a massive traffic jam: where to escape the autumn drizzle and grab a great lunch

Good afternoon to all drivers from Toronto! My colleagues and I headed out of town this morning for work, but due to a nasty highway accident we got stuck in a miles-long traffic jam and completely threw off our schedule. Nerves are fried, the weather is ugly and drizzly, and our stomachs are growling loudly. My navigator found elements casinos on the map nearby and says there's a proper place to take a break there. Tell me, is it easy to pull off right in the middle of the day, is there plenty of parking, and can you quickly find a cozy hot soup or real food without long lines?

Hey from Hamilton! Man, what a rough break, I totally get that highway nightmare because I spent three hours stuck in a similar mess last week. Don't worry, pulling off the highway there is super easy and fast, and the parking lot is massive and free with plenty of spots even in the middle of the day. We also pulled in during a similar situation, having checked food options at elements casinos beforehand. They've got a few cool restaurants and cozy cafes where you'll be served fast, fed warm, hearty meals, and you can finally decompress and catch your breath before hitting the road again.
