Montpellier is a very conference-friendly city and provides very easy access from many hotels in all price ranges and excellent post-conference networking. AQUA 2018 will be held in the Le Corum Conference Center, which is in the centre of Montpellier and just a 10-min walk from the TGV station and the famous Place de la Comédie.

Montpellier is easily reachable by plane via its international airport Montpellier Méditerranée, but also by high-speed train (TGV). The airport has direct flights to numerous destinations in Europe (Brussels, Copenhagen, Munich, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds). It is easily reachable from Paris by plane, with four daily flights from Charles-de-Gaulle airport and eight daily flights from Paris Orly airport. By train, there are four daily direct trains from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport (4 h) and 12 daily direct trains from Paris city center (3 h 15 min). It is also possible to fly to Barcelona El Prat, served by 82 airlines, and then take a direct train (6 per day, with 2 h 50 min duration) to Montpellier.
